GASP Participates in 2013 Earth Day Celebrations at Railroad Park

by | Apr 30, 2013

On April 21, 2013, millions of people gathered across the globe to participate in Picnic for the Planet, the Nature Conservancy’s Earth Day event. Birmingham was included in the effort. Hundreds showed up at Railroad Park for the festivities, including GASP representatives, supporters, and founders. We set up a table, enjoyed the live music and conversed with people as guests checked out the variety of Earth Day-themed Adirondack chairs available for sale. A big thanks to the Birmingham School of Fine Arts for decorating GASP’s chair — it was stunning.
