Gasp is committed to protecting your privacy. Accordingly, we have developed this Privacy Policy (Policy) in order for you to understand how Gasp collects, uses, communicates and discloses personal information.

Gasp gathers information from you in order to make your giving relationship and/or interaction with Gasp more meaningful. Before or at the time of collecting personal information, Gasp will identify the purpose for which information is being collected.

The information we collect includes:

  2. Information volunteered by you when you visit our website, for example, survey information and voluntary registration forms; and
  3. Only when provided voluntarily by you does Gasp collect personally identifiable information.

Any personal information Gasp collects is used for internal review and records. Personal information is either discarded or used by Gasp to contact members or subscribers to Gasp’s newsletter.

Any personal information that Gasp collects, whether entered through registrations on our website or provided in writing, is kept confidential. Gasp protects personal information by reasonable security safeguards against loss or theft as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying or modification. Gasp will never sell, trade, or give any personal information collected to any third party.

Gasp will retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill our purposes for collecting that information.
